Because we want each guest to leave us fully satisfied, we ask that these rules be observed:
- Please make sure that all cell phones and pagers are turned off so you and other guests may enjoy your treatments without interruption.
- Your time at 30 Newbury Spa is important to us. Scheduling is designed to allow enough time to complete your service. Please help us by being on time.
- We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation or a charge for the service booked will apply.
- 30 Newbury Spa is a non-smoking environment.
- We love kids too but the spa is a place for you to relax and unwind, please make babysitting arrangements prior to your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
We also urge you to wear what makes you feel comfortable while getting a massage. You may want to be clothed, partially clothed or nude under the massage sheet. This is your special time - it's completely up to you.
